I believe a successful career, a fulfilling life and leaving a meaningful legacy, does not depend on what you know, what you have achieved or who you know. Instead, they ultimately depend on how well you know, and can be, your genuine self; how you approach life; and how you treat others.

And you are in the driver’s seat – It starts and ends with you.

1. The power of infinity – an approach to building more successful careers and living a fulfilled life

A practical and interactive workshop that explores the infinity approach to building a more successful career and live a fulfilled life – one which starts and ends with you. It is an approach that is predicated on the view that a successful career, a fulfilling life and leaving a meaningful legacy, does not depend on what you know, what you have achieved or who you know. Instead, it ultimately depends on how well you know and can be your genuine self; how you approach life; and how you treat others. It delves deeper into this approach by unpacking the key aspects including:

TW Infinity Symbol

Self-discovery – this includes gaining a better understanding of yourself – your life story (including challenges along the way)

TW Infinity Symbol

Self-development – this involves self-awareness, self-compassion and self-acceptance, identifying and living your values, identifying your ethical boundaries, figuring out where you at your best, knowing what impact you have on others and what the world sees

TW Infinity Symbol

Self-alignment – this involves examining whether who you are, what you stand and what you are known for and the impact you have, is aligned to who you want to be, what you want to stand for and what you want to be known for, i.e., your legacy

TW Infinity Symbol

Where needed, redefining yourself so you can live your life the way you want to go out

2. The Infinity Connection – a human-centred approach to building connection, career and contribution

We live in a fast-paced, hyper-connected era with incredible technological advancement. Technology and AI are reshaping industries and revolutionising how we work but people and true connection are still what make it work. Digital platforms are expanding our reach. And yet…

The more connected we become, the more disconnected many people feel.

We’re surrounded by data, messages, and automation—but real trust, empathy, and collaboration can’t be outsourced or automated. The ability to genuinely connect—as a human— remains irreplaceable and is more powerful (and more needed) than ever.

People today are searching for more than success. They don’t just want a job. Or a network. Or even a title —they’re seeking significance. They want to be seen, heard, valued and feel they belong. They want to contribute and to be part of something bigger than themselves.

For organisations, in a hybrid, high-change world, organisational success relies not just on individual performance, but on collective connection: trust across silos; a sense of community and collaboration; and a culture of giving, amplifying, and aligning to something bigger.

In this powerful, practical program, participants explore a unique model inspired by Charlotte’s Web (the children’s story), placing you at the centre of the web— not just as a connector—but as a contributor to something greater.

A SUPERCONNECTOR.

This isn’t about networking as usual. We shift the focus from transactional networking to intentional, strategic, and meaningful connection. It’s about transforming how people connect—across people, ideas, and opportunities.

Learn the attributes and skills needed to weave together people, ideas, and opportunities, which enable the creation of connections that spark action, unlock potential, and build legacies that AI can’t replicate—because they’re deeply human.

A Superconnector uplifts not just individuals, but their organisations and entire communities around them. And not just for today, but for future generations.

What are you waiting for?

Set out below are some potential mentoring topics as some examples, but topics are not limited to these. Given Tracey’s background, there are a broad range of topics she can discuss in these mentoring sessions.

The power of infinity:

The mindset that transforms everything

A practical and relevant approach to building a more successful career and live a fulfilled life which starts and ends with you. It explores the view that a successful career, a fulfilling life and leaving a meaningful legacy, does not depend on what you know, what you have achieved or who you know. Instead, it ultimately depends on how well you know and can be your genuine self; how you approach life; and how you treat others. And you are in the driver’s seat.

It starts and ends with you:

Reclaiming your power and redefining success and fulfilment

Based on Tracey’s experience, her perspective is that regardless of background, role or experience, many people do not have a thorough and robust understanding and acceptance of themselves. They have never delved into who they are and what makes themselves tick. They often chase job titles, money or other factors without ever truly knowing what great looks and feels like.

Also, for too long, people have been giving away their personal power. Societal norms and the impact of social media both place undue emphasis on external validation and the opinions and feelings of others when determining self-worth.

This enlightening speech is a call to action to recognise and understand the importance of knowing oneself and inner empowerment. It explores why it is critical to get to know yourself and why a journey of self-discovery is the place to start in living a fulfilled life. When you truly understand yourself, you can fully embrace and accept who you are and feel more confident in being yourself, and you can unlock the potential for stronger relationships, higher performance, and deeper satisfaction, both personally and professionally.

It is intended to inspire individuals to take the journey of self-discovery to figure out who they really are and reclaim their power by:

TW Infinity Symbol

Gaining a better understanding of themselves i.e., who and why they are who they are, and why they think and behave as they do).

TW Infinity Symbol

Where needed, redefining how they see themselves, how they want to show up and the legacy they want to leave.

TW Infinity Symbol

Finding ways to take back their personal power they have been giving away to others – worrying less about what other people think and putting more focus on what they think of themselves

The Infinity Connection

A human-centred approach to building connection, career and contribution

We live in a fast-paced, hyper-connected era with incredible technological advancement. Technology and AI are reshaping industries and revolutionising how we work but people and true connection are still what make it work. Digital platforms are expanding our reach. And yet…

The more connected we become,
the more disconnected many people feel.

We’re surrounded by data, messages, and automation—but real trust, empathy, and collaboration can’t be outsourced or automated. The ability to genuinely connect—as a human— remains irreplaceable and is more powerful (and more needed) than ever.

This powerful speech explores a unique model inspired by Charlotte’s Web (the children’s story), which places you at the centre of the web— not just as a connector—but as a contributor to something greater.

A SUPERCONNECTOR.

This isn’t about networking as usual. It is about shifting the focus from transactional networking to intentional, strategic, and meaningful connection. It’s about transforming how people connect—across people, ideas, and opportunities.

It will provide you with insights into the attributes and skills needed to weave together people, ideas, and opportunities, which enable the creation of connections that spark action, unlock potential, and build legacies that AI can’t replicate—because they’re deeply human.

The power of the working parent

For those of you who have had, or are thinking of having, children, and you either want to, or have to, continue working, there are a range of things to consider.

These mentoring sessions look to discuss, explore and share insights on some of the things to navigate and consider as you look to juggle work and parenthood.  Is mother/parent guilt real? Will it ever go away? How do you prioritise things? What happens if things go wrong? What support network do I have? Is it possible to be the super parent? Is there such a thing as work/life balance? Does it ever get any easier?

The power of a country upbringing

For those of you who have grown up in the country, there are various aspects of a country life that differ from those experienced by people who were raised primarily in the city. Not right, not wrong, just different.

These mentoring sessions look to discuss, explore and share insights on the pros and cons of a country upbringing. What attributes can be leveraged and further developed to contribute to a more successful career and fulfilled life? What are some of the pitfalls to watch out for? What are some things you’ll need to learn? What attitude and mindset will put you in the best position to learn, grow and thrive?

The power of reframing life’s challenges

As we go through life, we soon realise that life isn’t always fair and that bad things can happen to good people. And while we’d like to think we can avoid these setbacks, challenges and life changing experiences, it is unlikely that we can, and in fact, we probably shouldn’t. Much like a diamond is formed under pressure, your most significant challenges and most painful experiences present the greatest opportunity for personal growth.

The key isn’t so much what happens to you, but instead what you are able to learn from the experience and reframe it. Research and experience show that how you deal with your greatest adversities shape your character far more than adversities themselves.

These mentoring sessions look to discuss, explore and share insights in relation to your life challenges (or crucibles). What challenges have you faced? How did you deal with it at the time? What meaning did you attach to it? Are you able to attach a different meaning to it? What can you learn from the experience?

As part of these discussions, we’ll consider some examples of people who are considered “successful” who found greatness after having faced what would seem like debilitating loss, rejection, diagnosis or obstacle of some kind.

The power of accountability and inner empowerment – “If it is to be, it is up to me”.

There is so much in life we cannot control. When things are tough, it can sometimes seem easier to blame everyone else. When I was growing up, my life motto was “If it is to be, it is up to me”, a concept first penned by William H. Johnsen. This quote beautifully encapsulates the essence of personal responsibility combined with the spirit of self-drive.

In this vast universe, amidst its countless wonders, there’s a unique space carved out for each of us – a realm of possibilities, dreams, and aspirations. Realising our dreams isn’t a matter of chance, but choice. This saying encourages us to transition from passive hope to active engagement. Rather than gazing at the horizon waiting for a sign, we are urged to be the sign ourselves, to be the catalyst of the change we yearn to see.

Like an FI driver:

While some super clever people can build a car that has all the features capable of winning

TW Infinity Symbol

A support crew can stand ready in the pit as/when needed

TW Infinity Symbol

And the crowd can cheer loudly from the stands

Once the green light blinks and the race begins, it is all up to the driver. The driver must look for, and possibly, make the gaps to get through to the leading position. They cannot wait for a gap just to appear. The driver must navigate the conditions (including weather, track condition and unpredictable behaviour of other drivers). They must take the risks – to know when, and be brave enough, to accelerate, and know when to break. The outcome is in their hands.

These mentoring sessions explore the concepts of personal accountability, inner empowerment and choice. They aim to empower you to take responsibility for your actions and their consequences. Rather than blaming external factors or other individuals when things go wrong, instead consider what your role in the outcome was, and what (if anything) you could have done differently. By doing so, you become the master of your destiny, shaping your future by the choices you make now.
