Tracey's philosophy
Tracey’s professional and personal experiences come from more than 50 years of life including a highly successful 30+ year accounting consulting career with EY (a global professional services firm), with 15 of those years as a partner and several years overseas. Based on these experiences, her view is that a successful career, a fulfilling life and a meaningful legacy, are not determined by what you know, what you have achieved, or who you know. Instead, they ultimately depend on how well you know, and can be, your genuine self; how you approach life; and how you treat others.
