🌺 Same flower, different conditions. Ever felt like you were not thriving where you are?

As you may know, I recently took a week away in Bali with my husband and some wonderful former colleagues who are also dear friends, to recharge. It was amazing!!!

As we walked around, the frangipanis were in the trees, lying on the ground, literally everywhere – all of them vibrant, fragrant, beautiful.

For those of us who live here in Victoria, Australia, such beautiful and abundant frangipanis are rare. They are hard to grow.

Same flower. Different environment. Very different result.

As I wandered around, I kept mulling this situation over and over in my mind. It got me thinking about how often we judge ourselves for not “blooming and thriving” the way we think we should.

But maybe it’s not you. Maybe it’s the environment.
🌱 Maybe your energy’s low because you’re trying to grow in the wrong place.
🌞 Maybe your confidence is waning because you’ve outgrown what once fit.
💧Maybe you’re not stuck – you’re just being called to replant – to bounce forward to a place where you can be who you are meant to be.

This is what my cornerstone program “Project You” is all about.
∞   A chance to pause – Who am I? What do I stand for? What am I known for?
∞   To check in – Who do I want to be? What do I want to stand for? What do I want to be known for?
∞   To ask: Am I in the right conditions to thrive or am I just surviving?
And if not – what needs to change?

Because your potential doesn’t disappear in poor soil. It’s just waiting for you to seek out and create the right conditions.
